2.5*1250mm high speed metal coil slitting line galvanized stainless steel slitting production line

This metal sheet coil slitting line is working in our Amercian customer's workshop, the max running speed can be 120m/min. and max coil roll weight is 15 ton. A slitting line will create multiple widths or “mults” from a wider master coil. The mults are made from predetermined widths. The slitter consists of three main parts: an uncoiler, slitter, and recoiler. The material is fed from the uncoiler, through the nip between the two circular cutting wheels (one on top and another underneath), and then re-wound in slit mults on the recoiler. The slitting process has been referred to as part art and part science. It is important that the equipment supplier and end user work in concert so the proper components, arbor size, tooling package, horsepower and tensions are suitable for the material to be slit.

V.  Brief introduction
ZJX-2X1500mm steel coil slitting line is used for slitting the carbon steel coils and hot dip galvanized coils to prepare for the next process.
 
1.  Hydraulic entry coil car
◆The car can move levelly and vertically, which is convenient for putting the steel coils into the de-coiler.
◆It is driven vertically by φ200mm hydraulic cylinder with 4 guide pillars
◆The level movement is driven by XWD2.2-63-121 cycloid motor
◆Capacity: 10T(Max)
Function:  It is used to lift up and down, move forward and back to make it easy to load the coils on decoiler. Hydraulic controls lifting, motor drives moving. The car is controlled on the auxiliary control panel. Its moving speed is 6-7m/min. When the coils on decoiler, the car will return back to the start position. It can also carry back the unfinished coils from decoiler.
 
2.  Hydraulic decoiler
◆ Supporting the coils and doing uncoiling. The capacity is 10Tons(max).
◆It adopts the hydraulic oil cylinder to make the decoiler expandable and fit to the inner diameter of coils. It is equipped with the cantilever.
◆100N.m moment motor drive the coils running and can do forward and reverse running as well as do the decoiling with tension.
◆The core can ensure the expand range φ508 of the coils inner diameter. It will provide the rubber band to ensure the 610mm diameter.
◆Structure: welding by the steel plates and profiled bar.
 
3. Press and pinch device
◆It is good for improving the plates' surface and do straightening then guiding the steel plates into next process.

4.  Hydraulic Cutter
◆Adopt two columns structures, a press device, can cut the 2X1500mm steel plates ;
◆The up and down blades which are alloy material 6CrW2Si can adjust their gap;
◆The machine is used for the steel shear and to make the plate easy to slitting machine.
 
5.  Looper Ⅰ
◆The pit is equipped with 2 groups of magic eyes to control the speed buffer between decoiler and slitter
◆Magic eye is controlled by PLC.
◆The pit size: 4500mmX2000mmX3000mm.
Function: it is used to eliminate the different speed and make the plates which in wrong rail to back the right way. At first, the hydraulic cylinder lifts the bridges to pass the steel sheets. when working , the bridges will lift down , the steel will be stored in the pit. There is equipped with the photoelectricity devices to adjust the high or low speed to make sure the certain store quantity in pit.
 
6. Side guide device
◆It uses the vertical rollers of both sides to guide the plates into the slitting machine correctly.
◆The guide rollers are adjusted by the rods on both sides . The width range is 500-1500mm.
Function : it is used to prevent the sheet running to the wrong way. On both sides of the plates width way , the stand rolling are fixed on their own position and can adjust the width manually to match the different width plates. There are 4 rollers (quenching HRC55-58) which divided into 2 rollers on each side.
 
7.  Slitter (45KW DC )
◆ Knife pivot specification: φ200x1650mm, material: 40Cr, heat treatment HB225-250.
◆Host machine: This is composed of bottom-stand, fixed bracket, big slide, knife pivot(φ200mm, 2pcs), movable bracket, slide, the front and back adjustable device of bracket, knife pivot lifting and pressing down adjustment device.
◆Power part: it is composed of 45KW DC motor with JZQ 650 decelerator and universal coupling as well as gear distributing case, coupler, spindle, connecting-cover, etc.  
◆Knife pivot press down device adopts the motor to lift up and down.
◆It change the blades through moving out the bracket hydraulically and is very convenient and fast.
 
8. Scrap winder (5.5KW )
◆It consists of base, the shaft and plate for scrap material, friction wheel, supporting wheel chain, chain, decelerator and 5.5Kw motor ,etc.
 
9.  Looper Ⅱ
◆The roller-table lift up and down by hydraulic. All the rollers on the table is chromed and between the rollers, it is designed with the Bakelite plate (Function: can prevent the sheets from scratching)
◆At the exit part of the roller table, it is designed with the pre-dividing device.
◆The size of the pit: 4000mm(L)x2000mm(W)x6000mm(D)
 
10. Tension stand
◆It is composed of the base, pre-dividing device, tension press device and so on . It is used to divide the strips and adjust the tension power for rewinding to ensure the rewinding quality.
◆It is designed with two dividing device and press device. One hydraulic block device and two roller device.
◆The press rollers as well as the two-roller device at the exit part are equipped with the air cylinder to control the lifting.
◆The dividing shafts adopts the linear slider design which is convenient to change the slitting requirements according to cutting demand.
 
11.  Recoiler (90KW DC)
◆It adopts the hydraulic expand and shrink to tight the coils inner diameter.
◆Designed with 8-fan-shaped plates which can be a round circle and machining as a whole to ensure the recoiling quality. It is designed with clip mouth and clip the strips heads.
◆It is designed with the hydraulic press arm equipped with the spacers to guarantee the even rewinding quality.
◆It is equipped with the hydraulic pushing device to unload the coils
◆90KW DC motor can guarantee the rewinding quality.
◆Gear adopts casting ZG45,the surface of the gears is processed by quenching, HRC45°,
◆Diameter of Mandrel of recoiler:273.8 fan –shaped plated are 45#X60mm (thickness), quenching, HB: 220mm-250mm.
◆Designed with the seamless expand and shrink structure and clip-mouth so that when the strip heads insert into the clip-mouth, it will close automatically and start winding.
◆Press arm lift up and down by hydraulic and it is equipped with the pushing plate which is used to help pushing the coils to the coil car.
 
12. Hydraulic exit coil car
◆This car carries the slitted coils and movable lifting.
◆Φ200 hydraulic cylinder drives it lift up and down and is equipped with 4 guide pillars.
◆XWD2.2-63-121 motor drives the leveling movement.
◆Capacity: 10T(Max)
 
13. Hydraulic system
◆1 set hydraulic control station, control valve, and oil pipes . It is controlled by 11KW AC motor.
◆It is designed with the pressure storage device. When reach up to the certain amount, the motor will stop working automatically. This design saves the power consumption.
◆And it is equipped wind-cooling system to ensure the hydraulic works in the stable environment.
◆Hydraulic station, oil pipes, joints and valves .etc.
◆Ensure all the hydraulic parts function.
◆Hydraulic system working pressure 6.3-16Mp.
 
14. Electrical system
◆Includes the electrical cabinet, operation panel and DC controller.
◆Euro 590 DC controller and PLC control system, LCD touch screen system . Center control and make the speed in-phrase.
◆Machine installing capacity around: 180 KW. Power supple: 380V, 50HZ.
